Subiaco LJH have been managing a property in Subiaco for me for some 2-3 years. They are business  like in their approach and I feel that my interests are being put first in the way they manage the property and in particular the tenants.

They draw upon a lot of experience in the business and a total knowledge of the area. They are skilled at managing tenants and the more curly issues that sometimes arise. They address problems directly and with an understanding of the sensitivity to different matters and different circumstances of each tenant.

I've been very pleased with LJ Hooker's service. Inspections are done with the minimum of fuss and any queries are promptly addressed. They balance the relationship between Tenant and the owner very well. I'd highly recommend them.
