My career at LJ Hooker Subiaco commenced in early 2017 as a Sales Administrator. Having always had a preference for the Property Management Industry but having only my Sales Registration, I found myself working predominantly within a Sales environment.

During my time with LJ Hooker Subiaco, I have been coached and supported to enable my transition into the Property Management department and have completed my Property Management Registration as a result. Having worked as a Property Management Assistant for an extended period of time I have a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for detail that see's me excel in client service and agent support.

I wholeheartedly believe in LJ Hooker Subiaco's client first ethos and aim to always go above and beyond, offering superior service and efficient communication with all of our clients and partnerships.

My first experience of meeting Cherie was over the phone, I called the LJ Hooker office in Subiaco looking for some information, as I was wanting to change the agents looking after my portfolio of properties. Cherie was very friendly and welcoming, and was most helpful in organising for me to come into the office for a meeting. I did move my business to the Subiaco branch, and had many dealings and conversations with Cherie regarding new leasing contracts and arrangements regarding the move. She dealt with the old agents and kept me informed of the progress. She was, and is always professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. Always quick to follow up on any of my concerns. I went to a home open (of one of my properties) and was able to see her looking after my interest, with care and attention. She is bright and happy, just a pleasure to deal with.

We have been knowing Cherie under the role of the property assistant for about a year (since August 2017). From the first day (when she showed us the property) she has been very kind and helpful. Since then she has been always responding promptly in terms of our correspondence and has been always willing to answer any queries or find solutions to any issues that might have come up in favor of both sides (landlords and tenants), so that everybody is satisfied. She has been very punctual with regards to the inspections of the property during which she has always been very kind and discrete. In addition to her professionalism she has the advantage of also being a very cheerful and smiley person, which makes our contacts even more pleasant.
