To be eligible, entrants must:

Prize valid from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and must be redeemed within the validity period at Crown Towers, Perth.
All bookings are subject to Crown Towers Perth availability and policies.
6. Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be drawn at random at 3pm (WST) on Monday, 30 June 2025 at the offices of LJ Hooker Subiaco.
The winner will be contacted directly via phone or email within 5 business days.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, a redraw may occur.
7. Use of Personal Information:
Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used for the purpose of administering the promotion, delivering marketing materials and contacting the winner. It will not be shared with third parties.
8. Publicity:
By entering, participants consent to the use of their first name and suburb for the purpose of announcing the winner on social media or promotional materials.
